Another really great thing I *heart* about DeNami is the ribbon! Such great quality and colors. And really a great bargain. I mean, have you looked at the spools of ribbon? There is a ton of it! So today I thought I would do a little something with the ribbon......take a look.....(pay no attention to the little Squeaker kitty in the background...she insisted on being in all my pictures today - what a ham! Actually she thought she was being sneaky and trying to get to my flamingo....)
And now for a closer look:
Stamps used in this card: J127 Butterfly Daisy Circle and A88 Mini Polka Dot

Candles
Today I thought I would do a little something different. This technique has been out there for quite some time but I thought it would be cute to add a little DeNami flair to it :) Stamping on candles can be very addicting! I have another one in mind but I am waiting for my new order of stamps to come it before trying it. I think its really going to be cute and yes....I will share once I get it done - assuming it turns out the way I want it to HA!
Now for a little closer look:
For this little project I used: E138 Chickie in Balloon and E137 Small cloud.

Thankful for you
First off, I have to apologize for the quality of the photos for this particular card. I couldn't find and angle where there wasn't a glare, or that you could see all the little subtleties so after taking entirely too many shots from various angles I just gave up - HA! (again, NOT a photographer....).
And now for a closer look:
Stamps used for this card: PF50 Ornamental flowers, E144 Thankful for you, E150 Water Lily.

Chickie & Balloon
Today's card features the reason I was originally drawn to Denami Stamps....the Chickie! I *heart* that little chickie. My first Denami stamp was a chickie (well a couple of chickies) that I purchased from a show in St. Paul, MN several years ago. Over the years, like any true addiction, I have expanded from just the chickies to the wide array of stamps they offer. But I do *heart* the chickies!
And now for a closer look:
I intentionally left quite a bit of white space on this card to keep the simplicity.
The stamps I used in this card: E138 Chickie in balloon, E137 Small Cloud, M65 Small Dot Swirls, F133 Small Sun Swirl.

Cherries
I just love the cherry stamps. So fun and versatile! With this card I kept it pretty simple.
And now for a closer look....
Stamps used for this card: D80 Small Cherries, A78 Mini Cherries, F172 Hello Friend. I used Denami card stock and the little "rhinestones" were made with Crystal Laquer and red glitter - a little technique I learned from Nami at the show last winter. I also used the crystal laquer on the larger cherries to add a little *pop*.

Water Lily
This is the first post with my new stampin' blog that is dedicated to my addiction to Denami Stamps. First of all let me say, that this is a company that "gets" it.....quality, customer service....they are AWESOME! I had the unique pleasure of working with them this past winter when they attended a local stamp show in Columbia, SC. I was a HUGE fan before that show, but after that show....I am down right addicted (for which an intervention is NOT needed and all enabling is encouraged LOL!)
So for my first card - I used some of the newly released stamps that I received last week. I am working on the quality of the pics - I make cards I am not, nor have I ever been (or claimed to be) a photographer....just ask my kids ha!....
How about a little closer view.....
This card was made using the following stamps: C57 Mini dot wreath, PF50 Ornamental Flowers, and E150 Water Lily. I also used Denami cardstock and the pink grosgrain ribbon also from....you guessed it....Denami!
