I do love me some tulips

When I am "stuck" for an idea, I always gravitate towards my favorite flower stamps and then I can usually come up with a little something something. And that is what I did here. Once again reaching for one of my "go to" stamps - the tulips (those and the daisies....lurve those daisies).

Now I was wanting to create something clean and simple and easily recreated so I can make a handful to send to OWH. This is what I came up with...

A little closer...

Now this card can be used for just about any reason or no reason at all. Which is good for our servicemen and women - they can write whatever they want on the inside. I thought about adding a little something on the background but I didn't know what. So if you have a suggestion let me know and I will try it out.

Stamps used: G139 Brushed Tulips, J141 Whimiscal Oval Frame, F172 Hello Friend

Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think....good or bad....or even better - what would you have done differently??...crafty minds wanna know!

  1. I love that you chose red...awesome color that I never pull out. It's just so pretty and who doesn't love a red tulip??

  2. Many of my favorite Denami stamps are the old flowers and this is one of them! Lovely card! I might have just stamped the words directly on the red to allow those beautiful tulips to pop out more on their own.

  3. Ooooooh, those tulips look FAB inside the whimsial oval frame!
