HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

My favorite holiday has finally arrived :)  I'm am WAY excited!! I wanted today's card to be kinda special and decided to choose my favorite one out of all of my creations this season to share with you on this special day.

 

 

How flipping cute are these little Halloween chickies??!!?? Ekkk...I'm so in love with this cute image!!! As I was trying to decide on how I wanted to color my image, I had the bright idea to make the kitty chickie look like he was wearing a full mask vs. just a little kitty nose, whiskers & ear costume set. I just love how his little yellow feathers are peeking around his mask...

There's a little surprise inside

Wow, I have more Halloween cards than days before Halloween, oops, lol! Well, that just means ya'll have to put up with me showing you yet another card today! ;)

This is a little buckle card that I like to make. It's fun because there really are no special measurements...it's all just basically "eyeballed". The only measurement is a panel to cover the back so the ends of the two little flaps are covered and pretty. Hope you enjoy....

 

 

I haven't used this little layout in forever...forgot how much fun it is. Thinking I need to break it back out, what do you think?

Hi ya'll! Can you believe October has nearly ended? Just 3 more days left...wow, where did the month go? I'm not finished palying with my Halloween stamps yet!!!  Sigh....

A little Frankin-Chickie love...

Hello everyone! Yes, it's Saturday...don't go checking the calender, lol!! I just wanted to pop in with a little surprise post and show off my little Franken-Chickie creation....

I just love this little guy but unfortunately time has gotten away from me once again and I didn't get to play with my Halloween images nearly as much as I hoped for :(   Is it too early to start creating for next year???

My Mummy...

Heya everyone...happy Friday!! I'm SUPER stoked for this weekend :)  Going to spend some time with my big sissy and her 3 girls. My nieces are a hoot...It's kinda sad though because they've grown up into beautiful women when I still want them to be little and have sleep overs and hang out with their Auntie T. However, with their growing up, I've gotten two beautiful great nieces that I wouldn't trade for the world. Gosh, these girls are making me feel OLD especially if you add in the other wonderful great nieces and nephew I have too! Wow, that just popped my happy balloon...Now I'm all sad and old, lol!! ;)

 

Let's stop wallowing in my old age and get on with this post!! This little mummy had me under his spell from the moment I saw him...

A small haul and my new ATG

Hi everyone, yes, I know it's only Thursday, but I have something I wanted to share with ya'll that I'm excited about! :)  Now we all have a favorite adhesive that we use, I've tried many many many different ones and have come to LOVE my ATG. Once I got used to the size and using it, I've been in adhesive Heaven ever since....or so I thought. Over the World Card Making Day weekend, our very own DeNami Goddess, Paulina, showed us some fun ways to use glitter and I noticed that her ATG seemed a lot wider than mine. After a little research (meaning me asking her about it, lol!) I found out that yes indeed, the one DeNami sells IS wider. My interest was immediately peeked...I wanted this lovely little adhesive gun for myself. I've taken a few pictures so that you can see the differences....

as you can see, my pink one is the same exact size as the new one from DeNami

The big difference - the spacers inside holding the tape spool. The best part, not only do you get a much wider adhesive, but you can remove the spacer and use the narrow tape in this gun too!

as you can see, my new ATG is twice the width of my old one. One roll of adhesive is the same size as 2 regular rolls

I also picked up a couple of stamps while I was ordering...why not, right?! ;)

 Hi everyone! Are ya'll getting into the full swing of Halloween...I sure am! I just love creating Halloween cards and am going to be posting them right up until Halloween!

I originally made this one for the Halloween blog hop, then decided to go with the waterfall card instead. I hope you give that waterfall tutorial I posted on Monday a try...it's easier than it looks...promise :)
