I think out of the whole Mimi collection, this has to be my favorite image...it was also my very first Mimi stamp of course!
Along with using my fave Mimi, I pulled out my fave color combo too...green, pink and chocolate :) Wow, this card is made of all my favorite things...polka dots and the scalloped border stamp too!! How's a girl supposed to give it away???

Simple all occasion girly card for your stash.
For someone that really likes navy blue I sure never use it. So, not long ago, I ordered some navy cardstock when was ordering a few stamps that I've had my eye on...this gorgeous dress has been on my list for a looooong time! I added Viva pearl pen to the necklace for some dimension.
For the panel accents I paired the Navy with Iridescent Pearl and Sky Blue cardstocks. Hmm, thinking I will keep this in my stash. I can use it for a birthday, wedding shower or thinking of you card.

Purple Flowers
I just love making cards but I have one slight little issue...I hate writing posts about my cards. There isn't always something to say, so I'm letting the card speak for itself...

I was looking for an excuse to pull out the sage cardstock...it's so pretty, but I find that I don't often pull it out. I thought it matched up very well with a little lavander sheer ribbon and flowers.

Bright and fun flowers
I'm gonna have to show Blogger a little love today...usually Blogger is not a real good friend and has a habit of being a little mean at times. However, today, Blogger is rockin'! Love the new changes that I'm seeing today...way to go Blogger!!
Wow, here in the Midwest we are having some strange weather...it was 85 degrees the other day...what the heck?!?!?! Well all this warm weather and rain has lots and lots of flowers blooming...so pretty!!
I just had to pull some out and play with them. While figuring out what I wanted to do I randomly pulled out some cardstock...without even thinking about it, I pulled out the current DeNami color challenge colors! I just love Emily's choice...she did awesome picking this combo, didn't she?

Hope you like what I came up with...
I used Magenta, Desert Orange, Lime & white (for the daisies & leaves) cardstocks
I wanted to have lots of dimension and texture so I dry embossed the orange strip that I edge punched and also dry embossed all the daises and leaves. I added buttons to the flower centers (don't tell anyone, but they were left overs from Halloween, lol) Ohh my, have ya'll tried out the new Fuchsia glitter yet...ohh I just LOVE it. It's not as red as the cranberry and not as hot pink as the magenta...it's more of a dark pinkish/purple, you should really try it out...what a great color!! I used it on the larger daisies and strawberry freeze on the smaller ones.

Everyone could use a Chickie on a rainy day
I just love blue and yellow together and decided I wanted to make something up with that color combo. Here's what I came up with....
I was having trouble deciding weather or not to color the umbrellas yellow or not. In the end, I just left them alone...

All dressed up
Here's another stamp that caught my eye early on but never seemed to make it to the "I'll die without it" list. I'm so happy to have finally been able to order it!!!
I used my Viva Pearl Pen to give the pearls a little definition and pop. Then added added it to the center of all of the flowers.

Happy St. Particks day...
Once again it's the time of year that it's okay to pull something green out of the fridge and eat it, lol! Hmmm, still not quite sure I'm up for that challenge, lol. ;)
Believe it or not, I've had that border punch for some time and NEVER used it. It's the ole' story each and everyone of us unfortunately knows...Joann's had a sale, this caught my eye, blah blah blah. In my defense I have tried to use it...honest...but it all turned out so horribly wrong, lol. Well, I have finally made something I'm happy with....my random impulse purchase is FINALLY justified ;) WOO-HOO!!

Spring is on it's way....FINALLY
Have ya'll had a chance to check out the new DeNami line yet?? The spring release is...dare I say it...Ohh, I dare! Springingly fresh and fun! I know...way cheesey, but ohh so true! Lots of flowers and ways to use them...what fun!!!
I decided to start off with this ADORABLE basket and fill it with pretty little flowers. I know ya'll get tired of me using this color combo...but I puffy heart it!!
I also can't get enough of the new borders / background type stamps...I'm a sucker for those! I was a fussy cutting fool when it came to this card. Yes, I could have just stamped them using a mask, but the deminison I ended up with is too cute.

What happened to the rabbit?!?!?!?
It's officially that time of the year...when we all turn a little Irish ;) I've already shown one of my St. Patty's day cards last week. I know it was a little early but I couldn't resist!! I have several more made and will be sprinkling them in here and there. Hope you enjoy them.
Even though I had the chickie wearing the little leprechaun hat, I couldn't resist having a chickie popping out of a hat...

Growing butterflies...
Wow, talk about a brightly colored card! I think I may have went overboard on the yummy new color combo that DeNami's newest uber talented DT member, Emily, has for us. It matches so well with the new spring release!
If you saw this in person, you'd realize just how much this card really jumps out at you. I just love how bright and fun it turned out...
Take a close look at the butterflies...I couldn't decide how to color them. Then I came up with a great idea...don't color them at all! I used my distress ink tool along with 2 shades of regular ink and created some pretty pink shaded paper. I just love the soft look I managed to acheive. I used silver embossing powder to give them some real pop.

They say its your birthday!
Welcome to the March Edition of the DeNami Blog Hop - Birthday Style! I am here to kick this thing off! For the record....there is absolutely NO PRESSURE being first on the list. Nope....none at all (and if you believe that I have some ocean front property in Arizona for sale cheap!)
So...are ya ready? In 4.....3.....2.....1.....Let's get this party started!!!!
(hush on the photography - I took the pic this morning after losing an hour of sleep from the time change and before the coffee kicked in)
I used stamps from the new release - don't you just love the new goodies? And they are cling!
Now this next card is one I did in August of last year for the daughters birthday...I *heart* it so I wanted to share again....
Now if you want to win a prize for birthday hoppin'...well there are a few rules...ya gotta leave messages along the way (2 winners will be picked randomly) so the more you comment the more chances to win.
If you get lost along the way you can always start back the Denami Blog and start again.
Next up on the list.....EMILY KEATON

To keep or not to keep....
Does it get any better than pink glittery flowers and polka dots? If you say "no", then this is the card for you...

I added magenta glitter to the daises and strawberry freeze glitter to the butterflies. I'm tellin' y'all, it doesn't get any easier than using the quickie glue pen, it really helps with tiny lines since it's basically an ink pen...LOVE LOVE LOVE that glue pen!
I made this for my niece, Mandy's birthday and just love how it turned out! I have some french message boards hanging in my crafty area (Wendy's BRILLIANT idea) where I keep cards that I just can't bring myself to give away...thinking I want to add this little cutie. Poor Mandy, she's so mistreated! ;) She knows her Auntie Tina loves her...even if she doesn't get this sparkle-riffic card!

A quick & easy, great for your stash on hand kinda card
I am just loving this color combo...
I don't use my dry embossing folders near enough and thought I'd break them out. Told ya I just couldn't wait to break out the cherry blossoms again ;)

How about some pretty asian flair...
Holy cow, I NEVER thought this day would get here...It's finally the 1st of march!!! Ya'll know what that means, right?!?!?! Today is the day I can finally get my hands on the new DeNami release...and let me tell you, I WANT IT ALL!!!! I can't wait to get this new collection inky....
Like most of you I have an ever changing list of DeNami stamps that I just HAVE to have. As time has gone by, I have built up my collection and am finally able to buy some of the stamps that I've had my eye on that have never gotten a chance at the top of the list...
I just love the asian stamp line and finally been able to order a few. These are stamps that at the time I ordered them, I had no clue what to do with them. All I knew is that I really liked them and they had grabbed my eye time and time again. *cough* would make a nice product spotlight for the DT to work with *cough* ;) Hope you like what I came up with and I can't wait to get a chance to pull them out again!
